STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS...BUILDING A LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION
We have designed this half-day coaching workshop to introduce your staff to the five essential leadership competencies considered necessary to build a strong foundation to succeed in today’s workplace environment. Through group coaching and interactive exercises, your staff will identify leadership strengths and their companion behaviors that, when developed, will move them to the next level of professional effectiveness.

Your staff will walk away with individual action steps and an awareness of strategies for developing and implementing behaviors that will increase their leadership performance.

COMMUNICATING FOR SUCCESS WORKSHOP
Everyone expresses themselves in a distinct manner and style. The Personal Communication Styles Inventory (PCSI) Workshop delivers the communication tools for building rapport, connecting, and working with others. This highly interactive workshop explores the four individual style differences in communication and demonstrates how participants can stretch their own personal style to more effectively interact and relate with others.

(Each participant will be required to take the Personal Communication Styles Inventory prior to the workshop.)
